Villa Madonnina
The Villa
The Villa is surrounded by a one-hectare garden, with many varieties of trees and plants, and by cultivated fields.
The grounds include a recently-renovated tennis court, a natural grass football field, a bocce court, a lovingly cared for vegetable garden, and a delightful orchard home to mature trees and tender, recently-planted saplings - a warm and rich colour palette, in the spring.
The Villa is on two levels connected by an imposing marble staircase. There is no elevator. The main floor includes a large and airy entry hall, a wood-paneled drawing room, linking a spacious veranda to the dining room, a charming vintage kitchens, a library with an extensive book collection and a piano, and a powder room. Upstairs, around a large parlour embellished by a five-pane bow window, are four double bedrooms, a single bedroom, and two four-piece bathrooms. Three of the five bedrooms open on a spacious terrace offering a peaceful view.
